ld.so.8: Fix description of LD_PROFILE and LD_PROFILE_OUTPUT
Clarify that LD_PROFILE is pathname or a soname,
and identify name of profiling output file.
Fix description of LD_PROFILE_OUTPUT, which wasn't even close to
the truth. (But why did it remain unfixed for so many years?)
