Pulled up by arm-soc folks.

Branches:
1. for-next: for linux-next, rebased sometimes
2. fixes: for current RC
3. next/defconfig, next/defconfig64, next/drivers, next/dt, next/dt64,
   next/soc, next/soc64: for next release
4. for-vX.Y/name: topic branches for vX.Y release (usually next release)

I try to avoid rebasing of branches other than for-next (that is fixes, next/*
and for-vX.Y/* topic branches), but it might happen occasionally.

The non-rebase-guarantee should be considered only for signed tags.


Each commit is actively tested using Buildbot and donated boards on:
https://krzk.eu/
The tree is also tested by 0-Day Test Service and kernelci.org.
