Memory controller drivers Linux kernel tree

Pulled up by arm-soc folks.

Branches:
1. for-next: for linux-next, rebased sometimes
2. fixes: for current RC
3. mem-ctrl-next: for next release

I try to avoid rebasing of branches other than for-next (that is fixes,
mem-ctrl-next, and for-vX.Y/* topic branches), but it might happen
occasionally.

The non-rebase-guarantee should be considered only for signed tags.


Each commit is actively tested using Buildbot and donated boards on:

The tree is also tested by 0-Day Test Service.
