gce-xfstests: teach gce-xfstests the serial command
Add support for the cloud beta command "connect-to-serial-port", which allows two-way connection to the VM's serial ports, which doesn't require the guest networking stack to work correctly. Signed-off-by: Theodore Ts'o <tytso@mit.edu>
