riscv: hwprobe: add support for scalar crypto ISA extensions
Export the following scalar crypto extensions through hwprobe:
- Zbkb
- Zbkc
- Zbkx
- Zknd
- Zkne
- Zknh
- Zksed
- Zksh
- Zkt
