1-Wire Linux kernel tree

Pulled up by Greg.

Branches:
1. for-next: for linux-next, rebased sometimes
2. fixes: for current RC
3. w1-next: for next release

I try to avoid rebasing of branches other than for-next (that is fixes,
w1-next, and for-vX.Y/* topic branches), but it might happen occasionally.

The non-rebase-guarantee should be considered only for signed tags.


Each commit is tested using Buildbot (https://krzk.eu/) and by 0-Day Test Service.
