xfs: convert bmapi flags to unsigned.
Source kernel commit: e7d410ac336856cdae934e14b9c2c749ca5a32ea
5.18 w/ std=gnu11 compiled with gcc-5 wants flags stored in unsigned
fields to be unsigned.
