crc64: use crc64 routines defined in Linux kernel
This patch copies and modifies the crc64 routines from Linux kernel source code. Now bcache-tools will use the unified crc64 code defined in Linux source code lib/crc64.c, to make the maintenance simplier. Signed-off-by: Coly Li <colyli@suse.de>
