Makefile: use cpufreq list as bug report address
The very most bugreports I received actually concerned the kernel part, not the userspace part. Therefore, use the cpufreq list as point of contact for both aspects, kernel- and userspace. Signed-off-by: Dominik Brodowski <linux@dominikbrodowski.net>
