Merge branch 'hj/pretty-naked-decoration'
The pretty-format specifier "%d", which expanded to " (tagname)" for a tagged commit, gained a cousin "%D" that just gives the "tagname" without frills. * hj/pretty-naked-decoration: pretty: add %D format specifier
