Merge branch 'ep/http-curl-trace'
HTTP transport gained an option to produce more detailed debugging
trace.
* ep/http-curl-trace:
imap-send.c: introduce the GIT_TRACE_CURL enviroment variable
http.c: implement the GIT_TRACE_CURL environment variable
