libtracefs 1.0.2

Fixed leftover references of libtraceevent that was caused by cut
and paste copies when creating the Documentation directory.

Make the file parameter in tracefs_instance_file_read() a const char *
instead of a char *, as that function should never modify it. This
should not break any APIs as any reference to the old version should
still work.
