Libhinoko version 0.9.0 release

The new release includes changes related to computation of hardware time
stamp. The package archive is available at kernel.org.

Hinoko.CycleTimer was added at version 0.3.0 release to express the value
of CYCLE_TIME register in 1394 OHCI. It is helpful to compute the hardware
time stamp in isochronous packet, while the equivalent function was added
to libhinawa version 2.6.0 with better support. The new release of
libhinoko depends on the version of libhinawa, then drops the duplicated
features. This is the list of removed features:

- Hinoko.CycleTimer
* Hinoko.FwIsoCtx.get_cycle_timer()

Instead, use below features:

* Hinawa.CycleTime
* Hinoko.FwIsoCtx.read_cycle_time()

It brings loss of backward compatibility, while it is convenient to
maintain features in a view of total software stack. I wish this is the
last development version for stable 1.0 release.
