Version 0.9.0 release

The new release corresponds to libhinawa version 4.0.0 release. The
included crates got some loss of backward compatibility due to the new
release of libhinawa. However, these changes are relatively minor when
considering the included crates.

The new release is planned to be the last release generated by gir 0.15,
thus it is the last release to support glib 0.15.

The compressed package archive of new release is available, along with signatures
from both the kernel.org system admin and the author, at this URL:
