Version 0.8.1 release

This micro release is to guarantee MSRV as rustc 1.67. Unfortunately,
version 6.0.5 release of system-deps crate changes its dependency version
on cfg-expr crate from 0.14 to 0.15. As a result, cfg-expr 0.15 requires
rustc 1.70 version.

The compressed package archive of new release is found, along with signatures
from both the kernel.org system admin and the author, at this URL:
